Job Summary

This role involves leading the product strategy and market introduction for sustainable switchgear using vacuum technology and Clean Air Isolation, specifically focusing on the NXPLUS C product family within Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Primary Switchgear. The Manager will be responsible for analyzing market requirements, identifying competitive advantages, and ensuring rapid implementation of product adjustments. Day-to-day tasks include planning product strategy, managing product launches and ramp-ups, coordinating technical analyses, creating specifications (Lasten- and Pflichtenhefte), conducting economic evaluations, and delivering product training to regional teams. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive professional experience in medium-voltage technology, particularly in primary distribution, and strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and economic contexts.
