Job Summary

This role is based within a highly modern Service Management Center, acting as the central hub for managing the digital infrastructure of a leading international retail corporation, utilizing innovative SDWAN technology. The Troubleshooting Technician will be responsible for managing technical disruptions, primarily through 1st Level Support, involving competent communication with the Helpdesk and customers. Key daily tasks include analyzing technical problems, developing effective solutions, and coordinating between customers, providers, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations. The role requires professional experience in IT or telecommunications, excellent technical comprehension, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, including shift work and occasional night shifts. Fluency in German (C-Level) and proficiency in English (B2-Level) are mandatory for successful coordination across international partners and ensuring high service quality.
