Job Summary
This role is for a highly technical Component Engineer focused on the full development lifecycle of analog and digital circuits for advanced sensor and transmission units. The core responsibilities involve conducting simulations, performing feasibility studies, and managing the qualification and documentation of sensors, components, and prototypes. A critical aspect of the job is ensuring necessary conformity to industry standards and actively supporting the PCB design process through to series maturity, while integrating feedback into the overarching system development. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in Communications Engineering or Informatics, or possesses multi-year specialized professional experience in electronics development. Expertise in low-power design, mixed-signal circuits, and antenna design is essential, coupled with proficiency in specialized EDA tools like Altium Designer or KiCad, version control systems like Git, and task trackers like Jira. Fluency in both German and English is required, making this an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, self-organized team player.
