Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics; or IT Specialist (Informatik Fachwirt), Business Economist (BWL) with IT focus, State-certified IT Technician, or completed apprenticeship as IT System Electronics Technician, IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, Electronics Technician for Operational Technology, or Mechatronics Technician with supplementary IT Professional qualification and ITIL Certification.

Experience

  • Professional practical knowledge relevant to the position (e.g., in IT support or administration)
  • Experience in the installation and configuration of hardware and software
  • Extensive process knowledge in IT Service Management (like ISO 20000)
