Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and disciplinary management of the Naval and Ground Radar Units department, focusing on the assembly and testing of all naval and ground radar and electronic warfare products. The Head of Unit will be crucial in strategic planning, personnel and resource allocation, and managing budget and investment plans. Key daily tasks include overseeing order processing, ensuring timely and high-quality work results, and managing customer returns for critical projects (CIII and TSPJ). The ideal candidate must possess an engineering degree or equivalent, strong leadership skills, and expertise in logistics processes, order handling, and modern production methodologies like Lean Production and Kaizen. This position offers the opportunity to drive continuous production optimization, introduce new manufacturing concepts, and contribute to the acquisition of new production contracts within a leading European defense technology company.
