Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., ordering processes, service entry, PSP structures) and understanding technical concepts in telecommunications (MPLS, FTTx, VoIP) are essential. The position requires strong communication skills to convey complex content clearly and drive process optimization initiatives.
