Job Summary
As an Electrical Operations Planning Master Craftsman in Arnsberg, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability of Germany's largest distribution network. Your daily responsibilities include supporting and representing the Technology & Service team lead, managing maintenance planning within the Workforce Management (WFM) system, and coordinating the resolution of network deficiencies based on urgency and budget. You will ensure the quality of service orders and develop structured solutions for complex technical issues. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering plus a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification or equivalent.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering and operations planning
- Experience in maintenance planning and deficiency management
- Proven experience using SAP PM and specialized database applications
- Experience in coordinating external partners and service orders
- Leadership experience or potential to act as a deputy team lead
