Job Summary
This role is ideal for a service-oriented and stress-resistant IT professional ready to ensure the effective and efficient use of IT services for employees and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving technical issues, proactively addressing the root cause of recurring problems, and developing training content to prevent future issues. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, coupled with initial experience in technical support within MS Office 365 environments. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (10/11) and basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, W-LAN) is essential. Working with IT Service Management systems like JIRA or Service Now is also required. Education
Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification (e.g., IT Specialist)
Experience
- Initial experience in technical support within MS Office 365 environments for businesses
- Initial experience working with IT Service Management Systems (e.g., Matrix42, JIRA, Service Now)
Languages
Additional
- ITIL certification and knowledge of MacOS and Linux are advantageous.
