Job Summary

This critical role seeks a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Manager to oversee all business transactions and manage the financial health of the company's local business units (LBCs). Day-to-day responsibilities include the autonomous preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the LBCs, ensuring compliance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), and supporting LBC management with expert advice. The manager will also play a key part in developing and standardizing the Accounting Department's processes, including creating unified guidelines for bookkeeping systems. A significant aspect of the job involves active participation in tax reporting and contributing to the financial reporting required by the UK-based parent company.
