Key day-to-day activities include preparing and processing inquiries and quotes, securing necessary permits, ensuring accurate performance recording, timely billing, and comprehensive final documentation. A strong focus is placed on legally compliant site execution, particularly adherence to occupational safety standards, alongside acquisition and cost control duties. Candidates must possess a completed university degree, Master Craftsman (Meister), or Technician qualification, coupled with successful initial professional experience in site management.
