Job Summary

This senior leadership role requires an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Business Unit to drive the economic success and strategic direction of a unit comprising approximately 80 employees within the energy infrastructure sector. Reporting directly to Division Management, you will be responsible for proactively steering the market presence, overseeing technical development, and ensuring long-term planning. Key responsibilities include providing professional and disciplinary leadership to your team, monitoring the project portfolio, managing multi-year P&L, and actively engaging in the acquisition of new, innovative projects and sustainable customer network development. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant engineering degree and several years of leadership experience in construction-related project business.
