Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Service Technician specializing in cutting-edge energy technologies, including fuel cells, batteries, and electrolyzers, based in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities involve executing technical service deployments, including the preparation and follow-up of testing equipment, performing calibration and scheduled maintenance, and carrying out assembly tasks. A crucial part of the job is independent troubleshooting and problem resolution, followed by detailed discussions and handover with clients. You will also provide customer consultation, whether on-site, telephonically, or online, while strictly adhering to quality standards. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical qualification or Technician degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Process Engineering. Preference is given to professionals with experience in operating test benches and measuring systems, and who demonstrate safe handling practices concerning flammable gases.
