Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Mechatronics or Electronics Technician to ensure the operational readiness of advanced engine and vehicle test benches in Nuremberg. Day-to-day responsibilities involve critical calibration, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of installed measurement and testing systems. You will also be responsible for the commissioning and functional testing of new test bench technology, providing vital technical support and consultation to customers, often requiring on-site visits. The ideal candidate holds completed vocational training in a relevant technical field (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics) and possesses foundational knowledge of the automotive sector and service operations, which are considered advantageous. Success in this permanent position requires fluent German and basic English skills, alongside a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a proactive interest in mastering new technology.
