Job Summary

This role is perfect for an experienced IT professional ready to lead a small team and shape the future of site-specific IT operations in Gerstungen. As the IT Team Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless daily operation of the Workplace environment, local infrastructure, and OT/Shopfloor systems. Your responsibilities will include managing incidents, service requests, and problems according to ITIL standards, conducting regular maintenance, patching, backup management, and system monitoring. You will actively drive the implementation and development of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Asset & Knowledge Management) and coordinate site-specific projects and rollouts. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT or a related field, possesses 3–5 years of practical experience in IT operations, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and customer orientation skills, along with fluent German and English proficiency.
