Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a strong team in Erfurt, focusing on hardware construction for machine and plant control systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the detailed electrotechnical design of control cabinets, ensuring strict adherence to all relevant industry norms, guidelines, and specific customer requirements. A core function involves generating comprehensive manufacturing and customer documentation, including 3D models, primarily utilizing ePLAN. The engineer will also be responsible for creating risk assessments, supporting production handover and optimization processes, and providing technical clarification for customer inquiries and quotations. Candidates must hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering, possess several years of professional experience in electrical design, and demonstrate expertise in circuit diagrams and CAD documentation.
