This role is ideal for a recent graduate of an IT Systems Integration qualification who is eager to transition into a dynamic field service environment. Based in Cologne, the Junior System Administrator will serve as the primary on-site contact for schools and business clients, ensuring their IT infrastructures operate smoothly. Key responsibilities include independent fault analysis, troubleshooting, setting up and configuring new IT systems, performing administrative maintenance, and creating comprehensive documentation. The position requires strong German communication skills and a Class B driver's license for travel to client sites. This is a crucial role focused on proactive problem-solving and client training, initially offered on a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2026, with the strong intention of long-term employment.
