Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced finance professional to act as a key sparring partner to the Head of Finance & Controlling and the Management Board on all tax, financial, and related legal matters. The Expert will be responsible for tax planning, optimization, and ensuring compliance, including managing external tax advisors and overseeing tax declarations for SYNEQT companies. A core focus involves providing tax advice during M&A and restructuring activities, developing modern financing solutions (e.g., for grid investments), and managing the company's capital structure and liquidity. Candidates must possess a degree in Economics or Law, coupled with a certified Tax Consultant qualification, extensive experience in senior finance roles, and proven expertise in corporate auditing, ideally within the banking or energy sectors. Success requires strong leadership, strategic foresight, and fluent German and English skills.
