Job Summary

This permanent role supports the energy distribution network operator in Hamburg by managing and coordinating technical inquiries related to cable infrastructure planning and approval processes. The administrator will be responsible for recording and processing requests originating from planning offices, government authorities, and railway network operators, assessing the extent to which existing network assets are affected, and preparing documentation for construction project coordination and portfolio management. A critical component of the role is conducting routine visual inspections of cable systems located on engineering structures, such as bridges and tunnels, focusing specifically on structural stability, traffic safety, and durability. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical qualification in fields like Electrical Engineering, Metal Construction, or Civil Engineering, coupled with knowledge of electricity distribution network structures and proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and utilizing MS Office tools. Mobility is required for conducting site inspections.
