Job Summary

This role involves serving as an expert engineer within the Post-Production and Multimedia department for a major public broadcaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and future development of file-based audio production systems (including ProTools, Sequoia, and Adobe CC), as well as the networked production and studio infrastructure (control rooms, sound studios, speaker booths). Key duties include overseeing the procurement, installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software, providing crucial 2nd Level Support, and meticulously documenting systems and workflows. This position requires a technical degree, strong expertise in digital audio, video, and network technology, familiarity with macOS and Windows enterprise environments, and the flexibility to work outside standard hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
