Job Summary

As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the automotive industry by developing and maintaining data processing pipelines for real-time measurement data analysis. This involves implementing algorithms for data stream processing to gain insights into vehicle performance and usage, applying statistical methods and machine learning for predictive maintenance, and collaborating with engineering teams to define data requirements. You will also be responsible for visualizing live and historical data streams, monitoring system performance, and documenting analysis results. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with experience in processing and analyzing measurement data, preferably within the automotive sector. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages are essential, along with excellent German and English language proficiency. This role offers the opportunity to continuously develop within a dynamic engineering and IT environment.
