Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the maintenance, repair, and operational safety of electrical building systems within the Technical Facility Management department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small construction and renovation projects, including preparing service specifications, reviewing bids, and participating in contract awards. Day-to-day tasks include organizing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and contributing to the setup and data maintenance of a central Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) database. This position requires a qualified Electrical Engineering Technician or equivalent Master Craftsman qualification, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle technical problem-solving independently.
