Job Summary

This role involves serving as the Project Representative for the introduction of new ERP financial accounting software within the Accounting & Finance department. The officer will manage project organization for the department, coordinating and documenting processes, and supporting key users in integrating existing specialized procedures (like online banking and enforcement processes) with the new ERP system. Key responsibilities include creating necessary process descriptions using specialized software (Picture), conducting training for municipal employees, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Candidates must possess a degree in Public Administration or Business Administration (Bachelor/Diplom FH) or equivalent administrative qualifications. The position requires strong organizational, planning, and cooperative skills, along as well as a goal-oriented and independent work approach, ideally supported by initial practical experience in project work or ERP implementation.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (FH) / B.A. Public Administration) or equivalent administrative qualification (Verwaltungsfachwirt) OR a completed Business Administration degree (Bachelor / Diplom FH)

Experience

  • Professional experience in project work and/or the introduction of ERP software (desirable)
  • Experience in developing and introducing new processes
