This role involves actively shaping and implementing the People & Culture Digitalization Strategy within MAN Truck & Bus, a key player in the TRATON GROUP. The manager will independently lead international digitalization projects for HR, focusing heavily on the transition from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing HR processes, developing standardized IT solutions for cloud transformation, managing concept development, test management, and implementation support.
