Job Summary

The IMD Labor Berlin-Potsdam, a leading provider of modern and specialized laboratory diagnostics, is seeking an engaged Product and Business Development Manager with a scientific background and strong commercial acumen. This role acts as a critical interface between science, business, and internal functions, focusing on expanding B2B and international corporate collaborations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing all communication and correspondence for national and international corporate inquiries, overseeing cooperation requests (such as integrating lab analyses onto partner platforms), and collaborating closely with the legal department on contract creation and review. The manager will also be responsible for the scientific evaluation of requested studies, building long-term B2B client relationships, and driving the implementation of acquired projects with cross-functional teams. Success requires a completed scientific degree (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Medicine) and proven experience in business development, sales, or project management, coupled with fluent German and English skills.
