Job Summary

This role involves managing the organizational and logistical operations within a modern, accredited medical diagnostics laboratory in Berlin-Potsdam. The successful candidate will be the reliable organizational backbone, ensuring smooth non-analytical operations across various departments. Day-to-day tasks include comprehensive materials management, such as inventory control, demand planning, reordering reagents and consumables, and managing the scanning system for material tracking. Additionally, the role covers equipment management, including planning service and maintenance appointments, coordinating pipette calibrations, and overseeing work safety and general lab organization (e.g., maintaining safety notices and equipment). This position requires a background in laboratory science (MTA, BTA, or Bachelor's in a scientific field) and ideally, prior experience in lab logistics and inventory management.
