Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive Technical Service Specialist who will act as the primary point of contact for all technical issues and questions concerning high-precision measuring devices, supporting both global users via a customer hotline and internal colleagues. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support, systematically analyzing disturbances, and troubleshooting complex cases using modern diagnostic tools such as remote access, log analysis, and potentially AI-supported software. A crucial part of the job involves knowledge transfer, requiring the creation of clear, understandable technical instructions and comprehensive documentation of solutions for future reference. The specialist must be proficient with ticketing systems and possess strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with various internal departments. The successful candidate should ideally have a background in Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with fluent German and basic English skills, and the ability to maintain composure and helpfulness even in stressful situations.
