Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of high-precision measurement devices used within the pharmaceutical industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the systematic processing of quality issues from the field, conducting root-cause analyses, and implementing effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) measures. You will act as the 'voice of the customer,' evaluating quality reports based on criticality and risk within GxP/GMP regulated environments. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to coordinate between service, development, production, and purchasing departments to resolve complex quality challenges. Beyond reactive problem-solving, you will conduct audits and analyze quality metrics to drive preventive improvements. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of technical analysis and cross-functional leadership. Required Skills

Education

University degree or certified technician qualification in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Measurement Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a highly regulated environment such as Pharma, Life Science, or Medical Technology
  • Proven experience in independently coordinating CAPA processes and complaint management
  • Experience in conducting process and product audits, including documentation and effectiveness testing
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and managing cross-functional interfaces
  • Professional experience in analyzing quality KPIs and identifying recurring error patterns
