Job Summary

This permanent position seeks an Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Electrician to join the Facility Management team, focusing specifically on electrical systems within technical building management. The core responsibilities involve ensuring the operational readiness of building technical installations through organized maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Day-to-day tasks include acting as the construction manager for small renovation and maintenance projects, preparing detailed tender specifications, reviewing bids, and assisting in contract awards. A critical component of the role is maintaining traffic safety standards and contributing to the setup and data management of a central Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) database. Candidates must possess a qualification as a state-certified Electrical Engineering Technician or equivalent Master certification. Success in this role requires proven construction management experience, familiarity with older building structures, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
