This role involves leading the Legal Remedies team within the Rems-Murr Job Center, focusing on the accurate and high-quality processing of appeals, legal claims, and other legal remedies related to social benefits (SGB II). The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of the team, including workflow coordination, prioritization, and quality assurance. A crucial aspect is representing the agency before social courts and providing expert support to team members in complex individual cases. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, expertise in SGB II and related legal fields, and proven professional experience in social benefits law or the public sector. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Administration, Law, Social Administration (e.g., Diploma in Administrative Science, Bachelor in Public Management, B.A. Legal Care), or an equivalent qualification corresponding to the activity.
Experience
- Professional experience in social benefits law or the public service sector (multiple years required)
- Experience in handling objections, legal claims, and court representation (ideally)
- Experience in personnel leadership and development (required)
- Experience with relevant IT specialist applications (required)

Additional
