Job Summary

The Electrical Engineer will join the public sector construction and real estate management team for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and the Federal government, overseeing diverse properties including hospitals, military bases, and historical sites. This role is responsible for the realization of construction projects across all service phases defined by the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). Day-to-day tasks involve the planning, execution, and construction supervision of new builds, conversions, maintenance, and modernization measures, working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams. A core function is the coordination and quality control of commissioned external architectural and engineering firms. Key qualifications include a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, strong planning, organizational, and conflict resolution capabilities, and a Class B driving license.
