Job Summary

Join Novo Nordisk's Rare Disease global head office in Zurich as the Global Medical Affairs Director, driving scientific and educational initiatives for pipeline assets targeting rare haematological and renal disorders impacted by the complement system. This senior role requires you to develop and execute global medical affairs strategies, provide expert medical leadership during product development, submission, and launch planning, and lead Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP) projects. You will act as a strategic partner, bridging the organization with external scientific leaders (KOLs), patient advocacy groups, and health authorities. Required Skills

Education

Medical Doctor (MD), PhD, or PharmD

Experience

  • More than 5 years of related work experience in the clinical or pharmaceutical industry
  • Professional experience in global or regional medical affairs
  • Established active network within the complement disorders field
  • Launch experience, commercial, and business understanding (advantage)
