Job Summary

This role involves maintaining and optimizing the Integrated Management System (IMS) for a sweet spreads and confectionery manufacturer, specifically covering quality management systems (QMS) and relevant food safety standards. The specialist will be responsible for independently planning, executing, and evaluating internal audits, monitoring corrective actions, and performing HACCP hazard analyses and process verifications. A key part of the job is supporting and conducting various certification audits (including IFS, BRC, Bio, Fairtrade, Kosher, Halal, etc.) and assisting with customer audits. This position requires a background in food science or technology, significant experience in the food industry, and strong understanding of production processes. It is a demanding and varied role, initially serving as parental leave cover for approximately 24 months, offering development opportunities within the Krüger Group.
