Job Summary

This role is a crucial opportunity for a qualified specialist to manage and optimize the Integrated Management System (IMS) for a leading sweet spread manufacturer in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System documentation, actively developing the IMS, and independently planning and executing internal audits. Key day-to-day tasks include performing HACCP hazard analyses, conducting process verifications and validations, and supporting external certification audits (including IFS, BRC, Bio, Fairtrade, and Halal). The position requires a background in food science or technology, robust experience in the food industry, and familiarity with major certification standards.
