Job Summary
This role focuses on connecting people and technology by serving as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues within the IT environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the qualified processing of user requests and fault reports, systematic troubleshooting, and detailed documentation of all activities within ticketing systems like Jira and Confluence. The specialist is also responsible for escalating complex issues to higher support levels and maintaining clear communication with end-users regarding specific professional applications, such as the building permit procedure application. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Computer Science or comparable professional knowledge, a strong technical understanding of IT support processes, and practical experience with agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum.
