Job Summary

This critical leadership role requires taking full technical and disciplinary responsibility for the Business Applications team. The Team Lead will focus on expanding and professionalizing the department, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering individual development potential through targeted employee training. A major component of the role involves the implementation and continuous operation of essential business systems, specifically HR and Document Management Systems (DMS) such as TimeCard, Softgarden, Helix, and docuware. The successful candidate will drive efficiency by analyzing and optimizing existing processes, particularly within product development, and ensuring innovative solutions through strong interdisciplinary collaboration across the group. This position demands strategic thinking, proven leadership experience, and a background in IT or Business Informatics to guide the team through current and future technological challenges.
