Job Summary

The Team Lead will be responsible for the disciplinary management and professional development of team members, fostering individual potential, and ensuring the continuous education of staff. Key responsibilities include overall accountability for maintained systems such as abas and LFS/EPG, along with other ERP-adjacent applications. A critical part of the job involves redesigning current processes, implementing new methods for prioritizing business requirements, and enhancing interdisciplinary communication. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with several years of leadership experience, preferably managing ERP teams, and solid knowledge of ERP system implementation and reorganization.
