Job Summary

This role involves specialized administrative and training duties within the Digitalization Center of the German Armed Forces, focusing specifically on IT security and digital radio systems (DigFu BOS) for security authorities and organizations. The specialist will be responsible for conducting training sessions for multipliers and patch officers, preparing and updating all necessary training documentation, and managing the associated records, certificates, and documents. This position requires deep familiarity with DigFu BOS system fundamentals, radio device programming using CPS plus and iTM, and User-Owned Management (Nutzereigenes Management). Required Skills

Education

Civil service qualification for the intermediate non-technical administrative service, OR a general school leaving certificate (minimum Hauptschulabschluss) and a completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) or comparable commercial vocational training.

Experience

  • Professional experience in DigFu BOS system fundamentals (demonstrated via training certificate)
  • Professional experience in radio device programming with CPS plus and iTM (demonstrated via training certificate)
  • Professional experience in User-Owned Management (demonstrated via Tactilon training certificate)
  • Professional experience in lecturing and conveying technical content (Desired)
  • At least 18 months of equivalent professional activity for civil servant eligibility (if lacking specific administrative qualifications)
