Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Building Services Technician looking to join a leading multi-technology service provider focused on technical solutions for complex infrastructures and buildings. Day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring the operational readiness and good condition of properties. Key tasks include conducting regular inspections of technical systems and buildings for damage or faults, performing essential minor repairs, and assisting with scheduled maintenance and inspections. The technician will also be responsible for communicating with tenants and coordinating external service providers to maintain order. Successful candidates must possess completed vocational training in relevant fields such as HVAC mechanics or electrical engineering for energy and building technology, coupled with solid IT skills. While experience in Facility Management is desired, the ability to communicate fluently in German, both written and spoken, is essential.
