Job Summary

This role involves operating production facilities independently within a leading global pharmaceutical and crop protection group. Day-to-day tasks include the autonomous operation of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, meticulous starting up and shutting down of systems, and rigorous documentation of all work steps. A core responsibility is performing quality controls and taking samples strictly according to specified guidelines. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as a Chemical Technician, Chemical Production Worker, or Industrial Mechanic, coupled with knowledge of handling hazardous materials. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week) offering highly attractive conditions based on the chemical collective agreement (€18.00 - €21.00/hour), excellent working conditions at a major DAX 40 company, and benefits including holiday and Christmas bonuses. The position requires strong German language skills and a readiness to work in a shift system.
