Job Summary
As a Legal Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing BioNTech's contract management system. Your daily responsibilities will include administering the system, handling user requests, providing training, and acting as a system expert to support enhancement projects. You will also be involved in configuring system attributes, workflows, and templates, and assisting the Legal team with identifying and implementing new software tools and projects. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in legal operations and contract management, offering the opportunity to contribute to scalable legal operational programs within a dynamic, innovative environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or comparable education
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in legal operations / contract management
- Experience with contract management lifecycle processes and solutions
- Ability to design, enhance and implement long-term, scalable legal operational programs and processes
- Basic understanding of contracting processes
- Contract Management system configuration experience (highly desirable)
- Experience in continuous improvement and/or change management projects (beneficial)
