Job Summary

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a Software Requirements Engineer to join a renowned industrial group in Kiel. The role focuses on the control, management, and administration of software requirements, including change management and supporting risk and implementation management. Key responsibilities involve establishing a clear understanding of software requirements among various stakeholders and mapping the requirements management process across the company's tool landscape. Candidates should possess a degree in (Technical) Computer Science or a comparable field, foundational knowledge in software conception, and ideally, familiarity with software platforms. Knowledge of Requirements Management methods and tools, with an advantage for IREB certification and SysML/UML modeling, is highly beneficial. This full-time position offers a 35-hour work week and the flexibility of up to three days of remote work.
