Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuous operational readiness of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment for a client in Würzburg, supporting the operational maintenance team. Key daily tasks include conducting inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and analyzing, locating, and resolving complex malfunctions in electrical systems, including controls, drives, and PLCs. The professional will also be responsible for assembling and wiring control cabinets, adapting and optimizing PLC controls (specifically Siemens S7), and carrying out mandatory VDE inspections and functional checks according to current standards. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training as an Industrial Electrician or equivalent, possess several years of professional experience in maintenance and fault resolution, and have solid knowledge of PLC programming (ideally Siemens S7/TIA Portal) and VDE regulations. This is a crucial role requiring reliability and analytical thinking for rapid fault resolution.
