Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Executive Board of a major university hospital in Germany with strategic development and positioning. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing internal and external healthcare frameworks, identifying strategic fields of action, and developing corresponding goals and key performance indicators. Day-to-day tasks include creating strategy papers and presentations, leading cross-functional transformation processes (such as integrating new technologies), preparing business plans and investment calculations, and managing strategic projects from initiation to execution. Key requirements include a university degree, ideally in Health Economics, Medicine, or Management, and professional experience in a strategic or project-related function within the healthcare sector. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and variety within a collaborative team environment at one of Germany's top university clinics, though it is initially limited as parental leave cover until September 2027.
