Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Master Craftsman seeking a highly responsible position within Technical Facility Management (TFM). The core responsibilities involve the independent maintenance, monitoring, and control of complex technical building equipment (TGA) at a single, fixed location. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed inspections, performing troubleshooting and fault analysis, and coordinating external subcontractors. A crucial aspect of this role is project oversight, including monitoring costs, schedules, and performance, alongside leading and guiding the in-house technical team. Candidates must possess completed training as an Electrician/Technician, advanced qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering, and profound experience in system maintenance and team leadership. This position offers an attractive compensation package starting at €26 per hour, continuous professional development, and the stability of focusing on one dedicated site.
