Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join the Autonomous Driving team within TRATON R&D, focusing on developing intelligent driving functions for Scania, MAN, INTERNATIONAL, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus. The successful candidate will design and implement ML models for perception, prediction, and decision-making in autonomous systems, while also developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines in a cloud environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring data quality across distributed systems, analyzing large-scale sensor data to enhance model performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This position requires strong programming skills in Python, hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and a solid understanding of MLOps, cloud-native architectures, and data engineering principles, contributing directly to the advancement of safe and intelligent mobility solutions.
