Job Summary

The SWISS Hospitality & Catering Management Team is seeking an intern to support the Inflight Service Development department in Zurich for an annual placement starting September 1, 2026. This role is crucial for ensuring a unique onboard experience for guests by developing and implementing new service concepts and products across the SWISS fleet. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with product lifecycle management, drafting crew instructions, coordinating product-related events for internal and external stakeholders, organizing workshops, and managing internal communication interfaces. You will also conduct analysis of crew reports, evaluate test flights, perform benchmarking, and actively contribute to sustainability projects. This position offers exposure to the dynamic airline industry and requires strong organizational skills, networked thinking, and proficiency in both German and English.

Required Skills

Education

High school diploma (Gymnasium) or graduate of a technical, commercial, or business middle school, or a 3-year vocational apprenticeship (EFZ).
