Job Summary

This annual internship, based at the Zurich Airport Operations Center, offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of aviation with Swiss International Air Lines. You will provide essential administrative support to Cabin Crew Team Leaders, assisting with coordination and handling crew member inquiries. Key responsibilities also include supporting training activities, organizing assessments and workshops, and contributing to process optimization and personnel development projects within Cabin Leadership. Furthermore, you will actively participate in planning and executing Cabin PR Events. The ideal candidate is communicative, confident, and possesses a structured work ethic, coupled with very good proficiency in both German and English. This role is perfect for those seeking practical experience in a dynamic, international environment, contributing directly to the success of SWISS operations.

Required Skills

Education

Maturity certificate (High School/A-levels) OR Graduate of a specialized, commercial, or business middle school OR 3-year vocational apprenticeship (EFZ)

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative support and coordination
  • Experience organizing assessments and workshops, including scheduling and preparation
  • Involvement in projects related to process optimization and personnel development
