Job Summary

This Project Team Leader role in Bremen requires taking full disciplinary and technical charge of a project team specializing in industry, logistics, and electrical systems construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulous employee deployment planning, organizational management, and ensuring the achievement of defined outcome targets, including comprehensive budget and forecast creation. A core element of the position involves strategic team and personnel development, ensuring the team possesses the necessary future qualifications. Furthermore, the leader will actively shape change processes within the organization and drive strategic development and acquisition of new customer relationships. Candidates must hold a university degree in a relevant commercial or technical discipline, such as Electrical Engineering or Business Administration, and ideally bring five years of comparable professional experience.
