Job Summary

The Hochschule für den öffentlichen Dienst in Bayern (HföD) is seeking a Media Pedagogy Specialist to join its Central Administration in Munich on a permanent, part-time basis (50%). This role is crucial for supporting educators in the digital transformation of teaching. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and producing support materials (guides, courses, flyers) focused on the ILIAS Learning Management System, digital teaching methods, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will design and implement workshops, training sessions (online and in-person), and provide one-on-one consultations to help faculty acquire technical and media-didactic skills, such as video creation and using digital whiteboards like TaskCards. Furthermore, you will contribute to AI strategy development in higher education, coordinate external service providers for video and Web-Based Training projects, and advise on ensuring teaching materials are barrier-free.
