Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim through a temporary employment contract via Franz & Wach. The R&D Specialist will be crucial in advancing method development, focusing heavily on analytical execution and timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks involve independently and collaboratively conducting analytics, applying and enhancing Mass Spectrometry (MS) methods for In-Process Controls (IPK), and actively supporting the validation of test methods for raw materials, intermediates, and final products. The specialist will perform detailed analysis, evaluate analytical samples, and ensure strict adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements, meticulously documenting all results in electronic and paper-based systems like eLN. The ideal candidate holds a scientific background (e.g., Bachelor's in Chemistry, Biotech, or Engineering) and possesses mandatory HPLC experience, with MS experience being highly beneficial.
